		<description>I&#039;m probably even less technically minded than most, and have had probs embedding any video unless converted first to an .flv file format - I will try your approach and see if it works for me. Sliderocket is a great tool don&#039;t you think ?</description>

I think I had already uploaded it to a &#039;hosting&#039; site so i just downloaded it to &#039;real player&#039; (I think!) T&#039;was easy from there :)

Does this make any sense??</description>
